Shipping time takes from 4-9 days to receive at your desired address.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Delivery Time:
Due to the high volume of orders, shipping times may be slightly vary. However, your order will be delivered within the time frames provided below:

Tracking Information:
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated in our system. If you don’t receive the tracking number immediately, rest assured it will be available soon.

Out of Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.

Damaged or Lost Items:
For lost shipments, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim. You may be asked to make a video or photo of the problem.
